Social Worker-Hospice
About The Position
Summary $5,000 Sign on Bonus! The Hospice social worker provides psychosocial work services to patients and families. Provides consultation to hospice team members in the area of medical social services. Position Qualifications Minimum Education: Masters in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school of social work is required. Must be certified by the State of Indiana or be in the process of applying. Must be familiar with and adhere to the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics. Minimum Experience: One year of social work experience. Preferred Experience: One year of social work experience in the health care field. Certifications Required: L.S.W. Certifications Preferred: L.C.S.W., A.C.S.W.
