You will provide compassionate care, conducting psychosocial assessments, delivering individual and group therapy sessions, and collaborating with treatment teams to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
Requirements
- Must possess one of the following Massachusetts licenses at time of hire: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C) Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- 2 years of experience in a mental health setting.
Responsibilities
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Offering supportive counseling and monitoring progress towards treatment goals.
- Collaborating with treatment team members to communicate patient progress and contribute to treatment planning and aftercare planning processes.
- Participating in family meetings and collaborative care sessions as needed to support holistic patient care
