We are searching for a caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient psychiatric program for child and adolescents. In this role, you’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver compassionate, age-appropriate care to young patients facing mental health challenges.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Must hold current registered nurse (RN) licensure to practice in Massachusetts.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an inpatient psychiatric nursing setting is preferred, but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Providing empathetic, patient-centered care while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborating with the treatment team to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care
- Leading and documenting therapeutic groups and interventions
- Safely administering medications and managing crises using de-escalation techniques
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards
