Social Worker - Bachelor's Degree (Effective 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR)
About The Position
The Social Worker - Bachelor's Degree assists a Licensed Clinical or other Social Worker with their daily tasks to include providing material supportive services to students and their families in order to achieve maximum functioning and promote student achievement. Other duties may include but not limited to student assessments, maintenance of student case files, participation in multidisciplinary or IEP team meetings and weekly supervisory sessions. Serves as an integral part of a problem-solving team at the building level.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited school of Social Work
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to work well with a team and multitask
- Ability to manage time and problem-solve
- Availability to work flexible hours, as needed
- FBI fingerprint background check.
- Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization
- Valid Driver's License
- MVReport - showing no more than the allowable points against Driver's License as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees.
- Reliable mode of personal transportation with evidence of insurance compliance greater than or equal to the state required minimum for car insurance as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees

- Previous experience in a school setting
- Experience working with diverse or underprivileged populations.
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) provider
