About The Position

Join our Pediatric Social Work team as Social Work Manager — a leadership role with impact, influence, and heart. What you’ll do Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary social work team, providing clinical and administrative supervision, coaching, and performance management. Elevate care coordination across Case Management, Utilization Management and clinical teams to drive timely, patient-centered transitions and shorten length-of-stay for complex pediatric patients. Shape programs and policy: partner with the Director on strategy, staffing, budgeting, performance metrics, and quality improvement initiatives across the Medical Center and JHHS network. Build bridges with community partners, academic programs, and internal committees to standardize best practices, support research/education, and advance population health. Provide direct clinical services as needed and support training/supervision of students and volunteers. Exceptional clinical judgment, change-management ability, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with electronic health records and data-driven quality improvement.
