About The Position

The Social Services Director interacts with the residents, families, visitors, other facility staff, and community agencies during the admission and discharge process the Director interacts with residents, families, visitors, other facility staff. The Social Service Director plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the Social Services Department. This must be done in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies, and procedures, and as directed by the Administrator. Monarch's mission is to change the way short term rehabilitation and long-term care is delivered.
