Come join our amazing team! The Social Services Assistant assists the Social Services Director in providing services to meet the social and emotional needs of the residents/patients. Develops a rapport with the residents/patients and presents their concerns to center management. Charts as assigned Assists with Resident Council Assists the Social Services Director with discharge planning for residents Follows all center's policies and procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Prior experience in a long-term care setting required
Responsibilities
