The Army Community Service (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) focuses on preventing the onset and recurrence of child and spouse/intimate partner maltreatment, and their associated conditions. The program components include comprehensive community education and training related to the primary risk factors for maltreatment and neglect, to include but not limited to, persons with special needs, persons returning from deployment, persons in financial difficulty, persons newly assigned to, or pending departure from the installation. The Social Service Specialists/Educator is responsible for implementing training and supportive services to the military community. Clearance: Childcare National Agency Check and Inquiries (CNACI)
