Job Summary
Assists Friendship Club members in the development of social and recreational activities, focusing on skills training, socialization, and the general integration of Rushford consumers. Encourages and supports member empowerment/advocacy initiatives and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services preferred or
• High school diploma or equivalent with significant rehabilitation experience.
• Requires current, valid Connecticut driver's license.
• Must qualify for Public Service License.
• Basic working knowledge of personal computers and software applications.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness strongly preferred.
