We are looking for a dedicated personal assistant who can manage a variety of tasks to support our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for personal assistant tasks, including managing schedules, handling administrative work, organizing materials, and assisting with personal matters. Additionally, the role involves social media management, where you will build, manage, and grow our LinkedIn and TikTok accounts. You will also be tasked with prospecting on various platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Threads, as well as lead tracking and CRM management, preferably with experience in Google Sheets, HubSpot, or Zoho. Content creation and engagement are key components of this role, requiring you to write captions, interact with prospects, and boost brand visibility. You will also manage emails and calendars, responding to emails, setting up meetings, and ensuring schedule alignment. Team coordination is essential, as you will be responsible for reminders, follow-ups, and ensuring workflow efficiency. Customer relationship management is another critical aspect, involving client outreach, sending birthday and holiday greetings, and tracking client touchpoints. Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information are paramount in this position.
