About The Position

Join the team responsible for cementing Dunkin’s beloved brand in culture! The Social Media Specialist, Organic Social will play a key role in the day-to-day management of Dunkin’s social media channels and brand initiatives. This is a support role for a candidate with a love of diving deep into social media trends, influencer relationships, social listening and surprise & delight opportunities. You’ll also get a chance to support projects such as brand collaborations, retail merchandise and advertising campaigns. We’re looking for an extremely curious, creative thinker and team player with a get it done, roll up your sleeves attitude, extreme passion for culture, and love of content creation.

Requirements

  • Experience managing social media on behalf of a brand in-house or at an agency, deep understanding of social media channel strategy and creative best practices.
  • Extreme passion for culture & trend hunting. Always on the pulse of what’s happening/next.
  • Love for the creative & collaborative process; Natural creative thinker.
  • Ability to think analytically and evaluate program effectiveness; background with social listening/measurement tools a plus.
  • Excellent team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day to day of Dunkin’s vibrant social channels to drive continued growth & leadership position as best-in-class social media team
  • Assist the organic social team with content calendar responsibilities.
  • Responsible for posting and planning content across all brand social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Develop content ideas and create content inhouse with help from our agency partners and team members.
  • Main expert in Dunkin’ community engagement, including managing social engagement platform, Sprinklr, responding to fans daily, working with customer care team and finding trending opportunities.
  • Produce ongoing social insight reports, track benchmarks, conversations, as well as competitive performance.
  • Support the organic social team’s involvement in Dunkin’s larger marketing initiatives throughout the year. (Dunkin’ product launches, seasonal brand campaigns, celebrity collabs and retail merchandise)
  • Support Budget Planning/Management: POs, Accruals, Month End, Projections, Invoice Tracking.
