Social Media/Marketing Specialist for Law Firm Mayersohn Law Group is looking for a full-time Social Media/Marketing Specialist to work on site in our Fort Lauderdale, FL location to help us elevate our brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. You’ll create platform-specific posts, design visual assets, manage our content calendar, and analyze performance to guide future campaigns. You’ll also be responsible for tracking key metrics and reporting on what’s working—so we can double down on what drives real engagement and results. If you’re fluent in social media trends, confident with design tools, and passionate about building professional communities, we’d love to hear from you. Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube to promote our firm and connect with attorneys and potential clients. Stay abreast of Florida State Bar regulations, and revise any content that gets banned or removed. Design visual assets, including banners, podcast logos, magazine ads, and landing pages. Develop content for our private Facebook group, “The Profitable Attorney Connection,” to grow community engagement and promote our services. Maintain and update the social media calendar to ensure consistent, strategic posting. Edit and repurpose video and photo content for platform-specific formats. Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to evaluate content performance and guide future strategy. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across platforms and prepare monthly reports summarizing engagement, reach, and content effectiveness. Research trends and competitors to keep our content fresh, relevant, and competitive, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities. Oversee social media and website, mailing lists, data analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information Collaborate with internal team members for content approvals and feedback. Organize and archive design files and marketing assets for easy access and reuse. Update branding elements (logos, templates, etc.) to reflect current campaigns and identity. Record and showcase video content. Occasionally attend events and seminars with the firm owner to serve as “back of the room” support. Strategize and coordinate speaking events, webinars, and social events.
