About The Position

Requirements

Must be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior.
3.0 GPA or above.
Commit to at least 15 hours a week
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Resourceful, eager to learn, and proactive in asking questions.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing and posting on affiliate platforms (e.g., LTK, ShopMy) on behalf of talent.
Edit and refine content.
Track and analyze posting cadence to determine which drives the most clicks and conversions.
Monitor and track content performance.
Brainstorm and research content ideas, analyzing current social media trends.
Brainstorm and develop strategies to increase creator monetization across platforms.
Help influencers engage with their audiences through timely and authentic social posts.
Research additional platforms and opportunities for creator monetization.
