Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback.
- Assist in developing social media campaigns to promote events and programs.
- Analyze social media metrics to track engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with the management team to brainstorm new content ideas.
- Research industry trends to keep our content relevant and fresh.
- Help manage our online community and foster positive interactions.
- Increase online customer reviews
- Support the overall marketing efforts by participating in team meetings.
