Responsibilities

  • Storytelling & Content Creation Build a consistent story highlighting guestrooms, amenities, events, team culture, outlets, and community partnerships.
  • Capture and produce content (photo/video) for reels/short-form video, posts, carousels, stories, and basic on-property interviews.
  • Maintain an organized content library (photos, b-roll, testimonials, seasonal assets) aligned with brand standards.
  • Social Media Ownership Own social calendar and execution across assigned platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn as appropriate).
  • Manage community engagement: comments, DMs, reviews routing (as applicable), and online reputation support in coordination with leadership.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth (UGC, creator partnerships, local collabs, cross-promotions).
  • Community Marketing & Events Represent Hilton College Station at community events, partner activations, and on-property happenings.
  • Coordinate with partners (nonprofits, civic organizations, campus-adjacent groups, local businesses) for social-forward collaborations.
  • Support DOS/Sales/Catering with marketing coverage for key need periods and priority segments.
  • Will be assigned a Community Outreach List to connect with local businesses, keep them informed of upcoming events, and promote any special opportunities.
  • Reporting & Performance Deliver weekly and monthly reporting (KPIs, campaign insights, content performance, audience growth, referral traffic, conversion indicators).
  • Use insights to adjust strategy and recommend next actions tied to business needs (occupancy, outlets, group, weddings).
  • Brand Compliance & Collaboration Ensure all content aligns with Hilton brand standards and property voice.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Catering, Operations, and F&B to plan campaigns and capture content.
  • Coordinate with vendors/contractors when needed (photographer, videographer, influencers).
