Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for both locations.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms and website if applicable (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Respond to customer reviews and engage with online communities to enhance our brand reputation.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather insights and create department-specific content.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Organize and participate in promotional events and campaigns to drive community engagement.
