Responsibilities

  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through effective social listening.
  • Create compelling content that aligns with brand messaging and engages the audience, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Utilize Adobe software for graphic design and video editing to enhance visual content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Proofread all social media content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to keep the brand relevant.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong skills in content creation, including video editing and graphic design using Adobe software.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
  • Ability to identify trends and insights through social listening techniques.
  • Strong understanding of how to engage audiences on various platforms while avoiding stigmatization or negative connotations in messaging.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to buff existing content for better engagement results.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools is a plus.
