About The Position
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who will help develop a social media strategy that will strengthen the Cosmos community, and engage our audiences. They will do so via content creation, creative activations and/or partnerships with the community, and by collaborating with the community to drive Cosmos’ culture and grow our share of voice. Our ideal candidate can become one with the community and understands the pulse of trends/culture. This candidate understands what gathers and drives the community, and knows how to provide value. They deeply care about bringing the community’s voice forward, and giving them a space in Cosmos. We are looking for a candidate that is not afraid to experiment, but also knows how to create systems that drive constant opportunities for organic content creation. This role is public-facing and needs to be comfortable interacting with the community in a healthy and constructive way.
