Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive brand awareness.
• Create and curate engaging, high-quality content tailored to our audience, including posts, stories, and videos across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Manage and optimize social media profiles to ensure consistency, brand alignment, and searchability.
• Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to build meaningful relationships and foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and content teams, to ensure social media content aligns with broader business goals.
• Analyze social media performance data and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Stay up to date on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously innovate and improve our social media presence.
