Requirements

  • Experience managing social for consumer-facing brands, ideally with global reach.
  • Deep understanding of global social platforms and how to adapt strategies for culturally diverse markets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience partnering with influencers and external agencies across time zones.
  • Creative problem solver with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to juggle deadlines, prioritize effectively, and balance immediate needs with long-term brand strategy.
  • Strong grasp of paid performance, KPIs, and optimization strategies. Experienced with social listening, trend tools, scheduling platforms, and creator sourcing tools.
  • Track record of developing conversation-driving campaigns that resonate locally and globally.
  • Integrated campaign experience—agency or in-house.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and manage how the Bumble brand shows up across all social platforms globally.
  • Develop bold, culturally resonant creative ideas tailored for diverse markets and audiences.
  • Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring all content is on-brand, inclusive, and distinctively Bumble.
  • Define, refine, and champion Bumble’s social tone of voice—ensuring consistency as our brand evolves.
  • Brief, guide, and collaborate with creative studio partners, brand, and product marketing to bring social-first ideas to life.
  • Lead always-on content ideation, creation, direction, and publishing.
  • Build social support plans that connect seamlessly to larger marketing initiatives and performance goals.
  • Ensure all content is aligned to the right metrics and ladders into broader brand and growth objectives.
  • Maintain a pulse on cultural, consumer, and competitor trends to keep Bumble relevant and influential.
  • Partner with Community Operations and Safety teams to ensure our community interactions are warm, responsible, and aligned with our values.
  • Support influencer partnership planning and execution to strengthen social storytelling.
  • Help manage brand reputation across global markets, including issues response when needed.
  • Collaborate with localization teams to ensure content meaningfully resonates in each market.
  • Support the oversight of global PR partners and local market agencies, including story development and asset approvals.
  • Identify new partners and platforms to expand Bumble’s influence.
  • Deliver concise, presentation-ready performance reporting with clear insights and recommended optimizations.
  • Use social listening, monitoring, and publishing tools to inform strategy and enhance execution.
  • Apply a strong understanding of paid social strategies to drive impact and meet KPIs.
  • Leverage modern influencer sourcing tools and best practices to identify high-value creators.
  • Stay ahead of emerging platforms, behaviors, and formats—driving a test-and-learn culture.
  • Support long-form content initiatives as part of the wider content ecosystem.
