About The Position

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across a multi-brand organization. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, overseeing content, campaigns, digital platforms, social media, PR, and events. The Social Media Manager partners closely with leadership, sales, operations, and creative teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives while delivering measurable results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on creative engineering.
  • A robust portfolio that showcases a blend of graphic design excellence and successful digital campaign engineering.
  • Proven experience in a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within a multi-brand or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content strategy, and campaign management.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional projects.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
