About The Position

The Social Media Manager at 24 Hour Fitness is responsible for driving the growth and engagement of the company's social media presence across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in social media and digital strategy.
  • Experience developing platform-specific strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Proficient with enterprise-level social media tools like Emplifi, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut.
  • Experience in content creation, editing, and reporting, with video production as a major plus.
  • Experience with on-location video and photo shoots.
  • Experience collaborating with influencers and content creators.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a cutting-edge understanding of best practices and strategies for all social media channels.
  • Create and manage the social media calendar based on company priorities and platform trends.
  • Own the social content process from ideation to scheduling on all active channels.
  • Create short-form video content for all channels and produce high-performing social content.
  • Build and manage a positive social media community and identify engagement opportunities.
  • Lead influencer and ambassador communications, including contract negotiations and campaign oversight.
  • Identify new influencers and creators to engage new audiences.
  • Define and manage goals and KPIs for influencer campaigns and ensure performance goals are met.
  • Design and execute social media reporting on key metrics such as engagement and sentiment.
  • Partner with digital analysts to manage social media performance and quantify the impact of programs.
