Travel Leaders Network, one of the largest sellers of luxury travel, cruises, and tours, is seeking a Social Media Manager. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day strategy, growth, and development of a new social media program that supports thousands of travel advisors and agencies. The Social Media Manager will work closely with a dedicated team of content creators to drive results across all social media platforms, influencing independent travel advisors and agencies across the US and Canada. The position also includes managing a social media program that maximizes enrollment, onboarding, retention, and education for over 2,500 engaged members, as well as overseeing various aspects of social media strategy and performance optimization.

  • Oversee the day-to-day strategy, growth, and development of a new social media program.
  • Provide strategic growth and development for consumer-facing social media channels.
  • Maximize program enrollment, onboarding, retention, and education for 2,500+ members.
  • Craft email marketing strategy and communication.
  • Host meetings with internal and external partners.
  • Oversee content, membership, engagement, and strategy for Facebook groups.
  • Create and execute education plans and strategies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for training, support, and sales related to the program.
  • Manage all aspects of program maintenance, administration, and execution.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to craft and manage comprehensive social media content strategies.
  • Lead trendspotting and social listening to translate cultural insights into strategic opportunities.
  • Track performance, analyze data, and recommend optimizations.
  • Oversee gathering of user-generated content and provide direction for content creation.
  • Champion social media's strategic value across the organization.
  • Manage paid social ad campaigns and coordinate monthly campaign management.
  • 6+ years in social media marketing with a strong track record leading strategic vision.
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager and platform best practices.
  • Strong expertise in content creation, community management, analytics, and performance.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Hyper-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% both domestically and internationally.
