Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in social media management, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or a related field.
  • Proven success in creating and executing social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics or native platform analytics.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the behavioral health industry.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic social media plan aligned with the organization's goals and values.
  • Identify target audiences and craft content to engage them effectively.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes to keep the strategy relevant.
  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging, and informative content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Oversee the creation of graphics, videos, and posts highlighting services, success stories, events, and educational content.
  • Ensure content reflects the organization's mission and complies with HIPAA and other relevant privacy regulations.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and empathetically.
  • Foster a supportive and informative online community for individuals seeking help and their loved ones.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions).
  • Create monthly reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Adjust campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, clinical staff, and leadership to align content with the organization's brand and messaging.
  • Collaborate with SEO and Google Ads specialists to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all social media activities adhere to industry regulations, ethical standards, and the organization's policies.
