About The Position

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and brand-savvy Social Media Manager to lead the digital voice and community strategy for several fast-growing health and nutrition brands . This person will combine creative storytelling with strategic insight—turning brand values into compelling content that educates, inspires, and converts. You’ll manage day-to-day social operations across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook , with an emphasis on authentic engagement and measurable growth. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience managing social media for consumer brands , preferably in the health, nutrition, or wellness industries.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms —including content algorithms, paid social strategy, and influencer trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow social followings and improve engagement metrics through creative storytelling and community-building.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Sprout Social, Later, etc.) and ability to translate data into action.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with an eye for brand tone, detail, and authenticity.
  • Comfortable managing multiple brands and balancing creativity with consistency.
  • Passion for healthy living, fitness, and nutrition—someone who stays current on industry trends and enjoys experimenting with new ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement a multi-platform content strategy that supports brand positioning, seasonal launches, and ongoing engagement goals.
  • Create and manage a social media content calendar , aligning with broader marketing, influencer, and PR campaigns.
  • Define clear objectives (follower growth, engagement rate, conversions) and report against KPIs.
  • Content Creation & Storytelling
  • Produce original and visually compelling content , including videos, Reels, carousels, stories, and educational posts around topics like clean ingredients, gut health, fitness recovery, and functional nutrition.
  • Partner with designers, photographers, and agencies to bring campaigns to life with brand-consistent visuals.
  • Write engaging and on-brand copy for posts, captions, and ads that educate and convert.
  • Community Management & Engagement
  • Build genuine relationships with followers—responding to DMs, comments, and mentions in a timely and human way.
  • Identify and collaborate with micro- and macro-influencers , brand ambassadors, and loyal customers to co-create content.
  • Cultivate online discussions around relevant trends (e.g., protein blends, hydration hacks, clean-label ingredients).
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout, or Hootsuite) to monitor performance, track engagement, and guide future strategy.
  • Experiment with new formats, hashtags, and posting times to optimize reach and conversion.
  • Prepare monthly reports summarizing insights, learnings, and data-backed recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, eCommerce, and Product Development teams to align messaging and timing of campaigns.
  • Support new product launches with social-first content strategies , countdown campaigns, and teaser videos.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints—from posts to packaging.
