About The Position

At Maytronics, we make pool care effortless - and we bring that same mindset to how we show up on social. We’re looking for a Summer Social Media Intern who’s curious, creative, and excited to help a category leading brand connect with pool owners every day.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll support real campaigns, real content, and real conversations - while learning how a global consumer brand uses social media to build trust, spark joy, and show up where customers are. This internship covers the summer of 2026 from Mid-May to Mid-August.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• Experience managing social media accounts
• Ability to spot trends early
• Comfortable navigating platforms like Instagram and TikTok (posting, engaging, observing)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Strong written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Help schedule and publish social content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube using Sprinklr
• Support the day-to-day social content calendar - keeping posts flowing smoothly and on time
• Monitor comments, messages, and reviews, helping the team stay responsive and engaged
• Assist with community engagement by drafting replies and flagging questions or trends
• Help organize and tag user-generated content (UGC) and influencer content
• Support basic performance tracking and reporting (what’s working, what’s resonating)
• Keep an eye on social trends, formats, and moments that could inspire future content
• Help ensure everything we post feels unmistakably Dolphin -clear, friendly, confident, and effortless
