About The Position

This role will be hired specifically to help capture, create and post content to 313 Presents’ various social media accounts during the summer concert season. Essential Job Functions Capture compelling, platform-native content before, during, and after events that align with 313 Presents’ brand voice and social strategy Execute real-time social publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X, helping drive audience engagement, conversation, and follower growth Contribute to campaign ideation by researching trends, cultural moments, and platform innovations that can inform social concepts Maintain fluency in evolving social trends, formats, and best practices - with a strong understanding of what performs on short-form video platforms Support community engagement efforts, including social listening and audience interaction, using tools like Sprout Social Utilize creative tools such as Canva to assist with graphic and short-form content creation Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Sponsorship teams to execute approved branded and promotional content

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Previous internship experience recommended
  • College students recommended with a preferred concentration in social media content, marketing, communications or related field
  • High level of resourcefulness, initiative and good judgment, setting priorities and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Effective verbal communication skills
