Requirements

2+ years of social media and content creation experience.
Currently a student in English, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing.
Writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to adapt writing style to match brand voice.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience incorporating feedback through both written comments and face-to-face interactions.
Understanding of digital marketing.

Responsibilities

Craft compelling messages for Smarty social media outlets.
Discover groups within social media outlets where our target audiences go for information and regularly engage and communicate.
Create thought-provoking content that positions Smarty as the authority on address data.
Collaborate with Marketing team members and other Smarty departments to generate compelling content ideas.
Understand target audiences and write content that speaks to their pain points.
Ensure a consistent and fun tone of voice for the Smarty brand.
Analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and engagement.
Assist with the creation of original content, such as blogs and videos.
Manage social media calendar.
Perform social media marketing research.
