About The Position

Are you a digital storyteller who lives at the intersection of culture, creativity, and strategy? Archer Meat Snacks—the fastest-growing jerky brand in the Natural and Specialty Channel—is looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager to elevate our online presence and build deeper connections with our community. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will own Archer’s social strategy across all platforms and lead our influencer ecosystem from concept to execution. This role blends creative direction, platform expertise, content development, and analytical rigor. You will help bring our “Stick to Real” campaign to life, support major retail wins, and activate one of the most exciting partnerships in food: Archer x Los Angeles Dodgers. We’re seeking someone who knows how to create thumb-stopping content, build meaningful creator relationships, leverage social listening to inform strategy, and drive measurable business impact in a fast-paced, high-growth CPG environment.

Requirements

  • ~5 years of Social Media and Influencer Management experience
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods strongly preferred
  • Strong creative eye and understanding of aligning social content to brand strategy
  • Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva), social media management tools (Sprout Social), and social listening platforms
  • Ability to identify and leverage new creative tools, including AI-driven platforms
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Can-do attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to grow personally and professionally
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of building processes without prior examples or guidance

Responsibilities

  • Develop Archer’s full social media strategy and evaluate emerging platforms
  • Own the 60–90 day content calendar aligned to the Marketing Calendar
  • Lead content creation across all platforms using agency creative, influencer/UGC, and internal production
  • Explore and apply new AI-based tools for content development
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to build content supporting new retail distribution
  • Ensure new product launches are supported through social content
  • Amplify the Archer x Dodgers partnership through social activations
  • Identify and evaluate co-branded giveaway opportunities
  • Manage daily community engagement across platforms
  • Use social listening tools to monitor trends, identify cultural moments, and inform content
  • Manage the external influencer agency, including briefs, approvals, scripts, and reposting
  • Oversee always-on and campaign-specific influencer programs
  • Evaluate creators for TikTok Shop opportunities
  • Identify opportunistic creator partnerships aligned with brand goals
  • Partner with the media agency to determine high-performing posts for boosting and support paid social activation
  • Support broader digital marketing initiatives including SMS, newsletter development, and digital brand collaborations
