About The Position

The Social Media Manager will own the strategy, execution, and performance of Source Naturals’ organic, influencer, and affiliate social programs, with future expansion across Planetary Herbals and Threshold Enterprises. This role is responsible for building high-performing content systems, scaling creator partnerships, and driving measurable business impact through social-first storytelling, performance content, and community-led growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or content strategy
  • Proven track record of building and scaling influencer or creator programs
  • Experience mSanaging paid social campaigns including performance optimization and retargeting
  • Strong portfolio or demonstrated ability to create or direct high-performing social and video content

Nice To Haves

  • Experience sourcing, managing, and scaling creator partnerships and affiliate programs
  • Strong content instincts across short-form video, UGC, storytelling, and performance creative
  • Familiarity with social analytics and attribution tools (e.g., Meta Business Manager, GA, TikTok, etc)
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, TikTok Shop
  • Experience in health and wellness, supplements, or regulated categories a plus

Responsibilities

  • Influencer & Affiliate Growth Build, launch, and scale influencer and affiliate programs
  • Identify, qualify, onboard, and manage creators aligned with brand values and target audiences
  • Negotiate partnerships, manage deliverables, and optimize creator performance
  • Track and report affiliate ROI, revenue contribution, and content performance
  • Develop creator playbooks, briefing systems, and performance feedback loops
  • Content Creation & Strategy Lead ideation and execution of social-first, short-form, video, and performance-driven content
  • Create and optimize original content across platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Stories, UGC, static)
  • Translate audience insights and performance data into content direction and creative strategy
  • Proactively identify underperforming content and optimize creative direction
  • Social Channel Growth & Performance Own organic social strategy across platforms, including emerging channels
  • Set channel goals, growth targets, and performance KPIs tied to business outcomes
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns including creator whitelisting and performance testing
  • Analytics, Optimization & Reporting Track performance across engagement, traffic, conversion, and revenue metrics
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for content, creators, and media
  • Community & Cross-Functional Collaboration Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage brand voice
  • Partner with customer service, sales, and marketing to ensure brand consistency
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Threshold management
