Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative, sales-driven Social Media Expert (all platforms) to help grow our brand, increase store traffic, and generate high-quality leads for our Rent-to-Own/Retail business. This role is about more than posting — it’s about driving dollars.
Requirements
- Experience managing social media for retail or consumer-facing businesses
- Strong understanding of paid ads and local targeting
- Ability to create compelling offers and calls-to-action
- Skilled in short-form video and promotional content
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on lead conversion
- Self-starter who understands urgency and revenue impact
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a social media strategy that drives in-store traffic and online leads
- Promote weekly specials, tax season campaigns, rebooking opportunities, and new inventory
- Manage and optimize paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
- Oversee Facebook Marketplace listings and local lead generation
- Create engaging content (reels, short-form videos, promos, testimonials)
- Track analytics and adjust campaigns to improve ROI
- Support multiple locations with localized marketing efforts
