The Social Media Coordinator works closely with and reports to the VP of Social to support the social media team in developing content and managing the day-to-day posting, monitoring, and coordination of Full Picture and client social media channels. This position helps translate brand strategy into robust, compelling content that aligns with each brand’s ethos and drives visibility, followership, and sharing. One of Full Picture’s superpowers is bringing individuals, brands, and businesses into the spotlight and the zeitgeist — and social media is one of the most powerful tools we use to do that. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, creative, and deeply tapped into digital culture, with a strong visual eye and graphic design acumen. This can be an entry-level role; candidates do not need years of prior experience, but should be able to show examples of creative work that demonstrate taste, design sensibility, and attention to detail.
