· Utilize social media management software to engage with followers on various social media platforms · Continue social engagement of followers, athletes, and brand partners posting content from/at events, tradeshows, and marketing campaigns · Incorporate social tone of voice and understanding of copy to respond to followers · Curate content being displayed remotely at events, tradeshows, and marketing campaigns · Monitor comments on outbound posts in accordance with Social Community Guidelines and take action against offenders · Identify potential influencers and/or great content to be shared on our platforms · Announce winners of contests or giveaways, follow-up, and prepare prize fulfillment · Flag outside social media accounts infringing on intellectual property and report them to Brand Protection · Direct followers to various portals and help triage consumers to our Customer Support team
