About The Position

WEKA is seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media & Community Engagement Manager to lead and elevate our organic social media presence (brand and employee advocacy), oversee our YouTube approach, and ensure WEKA remains at the forefront of emerging online platforms and digital watering holes within the tech community. This role is pivotal in amplifying WEKA’s brand voice, fostering meaningful engagement with our audiences, and building out a vibrant online community of advocates, customers, and industry influencers. As video consumption continues to skyrocket, the Social Media & Community Engagement Manager is also responsible for owning and maintaining WEKA’s YouTube page in collaboration with other internal Marketing partners. This individual will develop a cohesive YouTube strategy fueled by a steady stream of optimized videos to showcase WEKA’s data platform, thought leadership, customer stories, and culture - all in an effort to maximize visibility, discoverability, and grow channel subscriptions.
