About The Position

Help us tell our story! Creando is looking for a creative, community-minded social media Director to elevate our preschool’s online presence and sharpen our school branding. If you have a passion for early childhood education and a knack for capturing "magic moments," we want to meet you. The Role: This is a hyper-local, "on-the-ground" position. You’ll spend 3–5 hours per week at our campus, capturing the daily joy of our classrooms and turning it into a professional, cohesive brand identity. What You’ll Do: Content Creation: Snap high-quality photos and videos of daily activities, crafts, and playground fun. Social Management: Run our Instagram and Facebook pages (posting 3 times a week). Branding: Ensure our school’s "voice" and visual style stay consistent across digital platforms and printed flyers. Engagement: Interact with our parent community online and help highlight what makes our curriculum unique. Who You Are: A visual storyteller with a great eye for photography (smartphone skills are fine!). Experienced in social media management (Reels, Stories, and Canva are your best friends). Reliable, warm, and comfortable working in a preschool environment. Understand the importance of privacy and following school photo-release policies. The Details: Time: 3–5 hours per week (flexible schedule during school hours). Location: On-site at 1716 Monroe St. Madison, WI 53711 Pay: $20-$22

Requirements
