About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Associate to support our brand’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing. You’ll play a key role in helping bring our brand to life through engaging posts, short-form videos, and consistent day-to-day social media execution. This is a hands-on role that blends creativity with organization, perfect for someone who enjoys both creating content and managing the details that keep social channels running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Entry-level candidate with 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, freelance work, or personal projects welcome)
  • Comfortable shooting photo and video content using a smartphone or basic camera equipment
  • Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and content schedules
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • A strong interest in social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt to evolving social media best practices

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, creating, and maintaining a monthly social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals and key initiatives
  • Capture simple, authentic photo and video content using a phone or basic camera setup, including office culture, team moments, products, events, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Edit short-form video content for social media platforms, including Reels, clips, and feed posts, ensuring content is optimized for each platform
  • Write or support the development of engaging captions, hashtags, and post copy in collaboration with internal teams
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook using social media management tools
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, design, leadership, or other teams) to gather content ideas, approvals, and assets
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, tone, messaging, and visual guidelines
  • Monitor comments and engagement as needed, escalating questions or feedback to the appropriate team
  • Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, video views, etc.) and help compile insights to inform future content decisions
