Requirements

• Familiar with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
• A genuine interest in supporting adults with disabilities and promoting inclusive, empowering initiatives.
• Ability to proofread, edit, and ensure high-quality content production.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and creative content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and update social media profiles regularly to engage with our community.
• Assist with the planning and execution of social media campaigns to promote Clear Motivations' programs, events, and success stories.
• Respond to comments, messages, and interactions, fostering a positive online presence.
• Ensure all posts align with Clear Motivations' mission, values, and brand voice.
• Track social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with the marketing and outreach teams to develop content and promote organizational goals.
