About The Position

Responsible for planning social media and digital advertising budget and strategy for paid campaigns on various channels. Build paid campaigns including ad optimization, targeting, bid strategy, placement, and attribution settings. Develop social and digital campaign media plans and present recommendations to business partners. Fully build and launch social media and digital advertising campaigns across various ad platforms. In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads and Programmatic Ads. Boost social media posts. Manage billing and payment methods for campaign buying. Optimize campaigns as they run to increase performance. Build and present reports on campaign performance, with insights and recommendations for the future. Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field is required.
  • Four (4) years experience planning, building, and executing social and digital media advertising campaigns with budgets of $100,000 or more.
  • A keen understanding of social and digital media KPIs and experience building campaigns with a variety of goals and optimizations.
  • Experience creating and testing tracking and conversion pixels.
  • Ability to present to Business Partners and explain social and digital advertising campaign best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and campaigns concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships within the organization.
  • Experience with both first-party and third-party audience segmentation and creation
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads and Programmatic Ads.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Digital photo and video content creation and ad copywriting.
  • Experience utilizing Generative AI and LLM's for content development is preferred.
  • Experience with TTD, adelphic, or other digital media buying platform.
