About The Position

As our next Social Media & Community Manager for Entertainment, you’ll be the digital heartbeat of MGM Resorts. You’ll create scroll-stopping content, capture the magic of our resorts live and in-the-moment, spark real conversations, and foster meaningful connections with our online community. From influencers to followers, your creativity, strategy, and passion for storytelling will help elevate our social presence and bring people closer to the unforgettable MGM experience. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of prior relevant experience in social media, community management, or digital content roles, ideally within hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, or related industries
  • Exceptional communicator and passionate about hospitality, entertainment, gaming, and nightlife, and always in the know about trends
  • Understands best practices across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, X, Reddit, and emerging platforms
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including frequent evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that support brand goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Interact with followers, influencers, and online communities to build real, lasting connections
  • Plan and manage a strategic content calendar to keep posts timely and relevant
  • Stay on top of social media trends, competitor activity, and community feedback
  • Use performance data to improve strategies and share clear, actionable insights
  • Work closely with internal teams and resort partners on campaigns and events
