About The Position

The Social Media Analyst at Jockey will be instrumental in shaping the company's social marketing strategies by analyzing performance metrics and optimizing content. This role focuses on enhancing social commerce initiatives and leveraging insights from social listening to improve audience engagement and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital and social media marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software (including Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Tableau).
  • Excellent understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
  • Strong written, verbal and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across all social media platforms, including paid and organic efforts.
  • Develop and present comprehensive performance reports with clear insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and analyze social commerce opportunities to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless integration of social commerce strategies across platforms.
  • Monitor social media conversations, sentiment, and trends using social listening tools to uncover actionable insights.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential threats.
  • Provide recommendations for content creation that align with brand goals and drives engagement.
  • Support campaign planning and execution, incorporating insights from data analysis and social listening.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in content performance and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with social, brand, and creative teams to align on overall social media strategies.
