About The Position

Retro Fitness is looking for a creative, dependable part-time, on-site Social Media Ambassador (approx. 5 hours/week) to capture the energy of their gym community in Cambridge, MA. This role involves creating engaging content, highlighting workouts and member experiences, and bringing the high-energy fitness environment to life online. The ambassador will also promote multiple Momentum brands and support local marketing efforts. Momentum Enterprises is a family-focused company creating fun, active, and memorable experiences in the communities they serve, with brands including My Gym Children's Fitness Centers, Launch Family Entertainment, Retro Fitness, Club Elevate, Wimbledon Tennis & Pickleball Club, and The Newport Venture. Create and post engaging, on-brand social media content
Capture real moments from members, guests, and events
Promote multiple Momentum brands and increase cross-brand awareness
Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner

Support local marketing efforts and outreach initiatives
Stay up to date on trends, tools, and social media best practices
