About The Position

AUTOMOTIVE SOCIAL MEDIA AMBASSADOR Berglund Chevrolet | Buick | Polaris | Commercial Center | Body Shop is looking for a Social Media Ambassador who can help us win in the market every day. This is not a passive posting role. We are looking for someone who already knows social media, posting, videos and knows how to create attention, build momentum, and keep our dealership in front of thousands of consumers across the greater Roanoke area. The right person will create original content, shoot video, promote inventory, highlight our people and culture, and drive engagement that supports real business results. Requirements

Experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, branding, or related work preferred.
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and evolving social media trends.
Ability to shoot and edit compelling videos and create content that grabs attention.
Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the dealership professionally both online and in person.
Self-starter with energy, urgency, creativity, and accountability.
Able to work in a fast-paced dealership environment and execute at a high level.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Bi-lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the dealership’s social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create high-quality, high-energy content including videos, reels, photos, stories, promotional posts, inventory features, customer deliveries, service promotions, and event coverage.
Keep Berglund Chevrolet | Buick | Polaris active, relevant, and visible in the local market every day.
Work directly with dealership leadership to align content with current sales goals, service initiatives, promotions, and brand priorities.
Capture the excitement of the dealership by highlighting inventory, staff, customers, community involvement, and day-to-day activity.
Respond to comments, messages, and online engagement in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor trends, identify opportunities, and keep the dealership current with what is working in social media and digital engagement.
Track performance including reach, engagement, traffic, and lead activity, and use that data to improve results.
Help turn online attention into showroom visits, service appointments, and stronger local brand awareness.
