About The Position

The Social Marketing Intern supports day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across paid, organic, influencer, and content marketing channels. This role provides hands-on experience assisting with campaign setup, content coordination, influencer outreach, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. A typical day may include organizing content calendars, pulling performance reports, assisting with campaign builds, coordinating with creators or internal teams, and supporting project timelines to ensure marketing initiatives stay on track.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A junior graduating in the Winter of 2026 or Spring of 2027.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with analytics or reporting tools.
  • Exposure to paid media platforms or influencer marketing programs.
  • Interest in content creation, social platforms, or emerging marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, ABM, and brand initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain content calendars for creator-led and thought-leader content; support creative submissions and briefing processes.
  • Research, identify, and support outreach to influencers and creators; assist with coordination and content execution.
  • Pull daily and ad hoc campaign and channel performance reports and consolidate data for analysis.
  • Provide support for paid and organic media efforts, including TikTok, YouTube, audio, OOH, and partnership campaigns.
  • Contribute to social media content ideation and light content creation support.
  • Coordinate project timelines, calendars, and workflows to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on schedule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign briefs, creative reviews, and execution.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives through campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
