About The Position

We're looking for a young, ambitious, and outgoing Social Marketing Director who is excited to grow with a company and make a real impact. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly motivated, creative, and eager to take ownership of a brand. This is not a "just post on Instagram" role. You will fully run and own our social media presence , help shape our brand locally, and be the voice of the company in the community.

  • Very outgoing, optimistic, and confident
  • Comfortable talking to people and being on camera (or directing others)
  • Naturally understands social media trends and platforms
  • Interested in branding, marketing, and community engagement
  • Organized, self-motivated, and reliable
  • Wants ownership, responsibility, and career growth
  • No extensive professional experience required - attitude, creativity, and drive matter more than a perfect resume

Responsibilities

  • Fully manage all company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create, post, and schedule content consistently
  • Grow followers, engagement, and local visibility
  • Monitor comments and messages for brand presence and PR awareness
  • Strengthen and modernize the company's brand image
  • Improve how the company looks, sounds, and feels online
  • Create content that connects with the local community
  • Support local events, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives
  • Create short-form video, photos, and posts (behind-the-scenes, installs, team highlights, community content)
  • Help make the company recognizable and trusted locally
  • Work closely with internal teams to capture real, authentic content
  • Represent the company online in a positive, professional, and approachable way
  • Help build community trust and brand awareness
  • Support company PR efforts through social storytelling
