About The Position

As vCluster’s Social Growth Manager, you will be the architect of their digital distribution engine and the primary driver of their "media engine." This role involves transforming complex technical narratives into a high-velocity growth machine, designing how the cloud-native community discovers vCluster, and ensuring their message reaches the world’s largest neoclouds and AI factories. vCluster Labs is a venture-backed tech startup pioneering Kubernetes virtualization for the AI era, having raised +$30M from top-tier VCs. They are in a hyper-growth phase with headquarters in San Francisco and a remote-first work culture. The company is the leading platform for operating GPU infrastructure, enabling AI Cloud providers and AI factories to deliver a hyperscaler-like experience. Their platform provides the full operational stack for running GPU data centers, including managed Kubernetes, fast isolated tenant provisioning, and automated node provisioning and lifecycle management. vCluster is also behind an open-source technology for virtualizing Kubernetes (10k+ GitHub stars, 40M+ virtual clusters created since 2021) and launched their Infrastructure Tenancy Platform for AI at KubeCon North America 2025.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in social growth, performance, or content marketing, with a track record of scaling engagement and pipeline for technical B2B SaaS or infrastructure products.
  • Ability to translate complex infrastructure concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with DevOps leaders and platform engineers.
  • Opinionated view on how to win on LinkedIn and other targeted channels, and understanding of how to navigate sentiment on platforms like Reddit and Hacker News.
  • Measure success by quantifiable achievements, using data to prove ROI and willingness to pivot when an experiment fails.
  • Naturally integrate AI tools to automate routine distribution tasks, brainstorm creative copy at scale, and keep a lean team punching above its weight class.
  • Eye for quality and the ability to lead agencies or freelancers to produce top-tier visual and video assets.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in developer tools, Kubernetes, or the AI Infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Experience navigating the transition from early-stage adoption to a predictable, market-leading growth engine.
  • A strong personal LinkedIn or social presence that demonstrates an ability to build an audience and spark conversation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and operate the "content-to-pipeline" system that turns product updates, customer stories, and executive insights into a consistent, high-performing engine across LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
  • Master content distribution, ensuring important technical narratives are seen by the right stakeholders at the right time.
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn paid campaigns with a focus on experimentation, precision targeting, and measurable pipeline impact.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, translating technical expertise into high-impact thought leadership and building a scalable advocacy program for the broader team.
  • Direct video content strategy, working with external partners to transform live sessions and product demos into reusable, high-engagement assets.
  • Build a structured reporting framework that provides clear visibility into how social activity and paid spend drive traffic, engagement, and revenue.
