Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience across social media, PR, or marketing communications.
  • A strong storyteller with sharp instincts for what resonates — able to turn ideas, data, and moments into narratives that drive attention.
  • Bring a clear point of view on how modern brands show up, with a mindset that pushes beyond conventional approaches.
  • Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, with a strong understanding of distribution channels and audience dynamics.
  • Experienced working within (or closely with) sports, media, or technology ecosystems, and confident representing a brand externally.

Responsibilities

  • Drive earned attention for WSC Sports across social, PR, and third-party platforms — owning how we show up day-to-day and at key moments.
  • Support and execute WSC Sports’ global communications strategy, leading the distribution of content and narratives to ensure reach, relevance, and impact.
  • Shape and maintain WSC Sports’ external voice — developing a clear point of view and ensuring consistency across channels.
  • Build and manage relationships with journalists, analysts, creators, and key industry voices across sports, media, and technology.
  • Work cross-functionally to surface stories, shape positioning, and turn data, client insights, and industry trends into compelling narratives.
  • Proactively identify high-impact opportunities and bring forward ideas that elevate WSC Sports’ presence.
