About The Position

Block LLP is a performance-driven personal injury law firm built on measurable growth, accountability, and results. We are committed to helping injured clients secure the compensation they deserve while building a marketing engine designed to scale intelligently and profitably. We are seeking a Social Digital Creative Producer to own the full lifecycle of paid social ad creative, from concept through final production and launch. This is not just a filming or editing role. You will develop original concepts, structure persuasive messaging, direct in-office shoots, produce high-performing assets, and collaborate closely with Paid Media to drive measurable performance improvements. The ideal candidate understands direct-response marketing and knows how to create thumb-stopping, conversion-focused creative that lowers cost per qualified lead.

Requirements

  • 4+ years creating paid social ads (Meta experience required)
  • Strong understanding of direct-response creative and hook-driven ad structure
  • Proven experience developing original ad concepts, not just editing existing footage
  • Comfortable directing on-camera talent in a professional environment
  • Proficient in filming and editing short-form vertical content
  • Ability to execute multiple new concepts per week in a fast-paced environment
  • Portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused ad creative and measurable results

Responsibilities

  • Develop original ad concepts aligned with campaign goals and structured testing roadmap
  • Write and structure compelling hooks, scripts, and short-form messaging
  • Plan and direct in-office shoots (attorneys, testimonials, educational content, UGC-style formats)
  • Film high-quality vertical video content optimized for Meta placements (Reels, Feed, Stories)
  • Edit performance-driven video ads for paid social campaigns
  • Design supporting static image ads when needed
  • Produce multiple creative variations per concept to enable disciplined testing
  • Collaborate closely with the Paid Media Buyer to align on KPIs and performance goals
  • Analyze creative performance data and iterate based on results
  • Own projects from initial idea through final live deployment
