Role Overview Vida Group is seeking a Creative Producer to spearhead the visual evolution of our new Marketing Shared Services team. This hybrid role is designed for a high-craft creative who thrives at the intersection of aesthetic storytelling and operational excellence. Reporting to the Senior Director, Creative Shared Services you will be the visual anchor for a diverse portfolio of brands not limited to Aquatalia, Stride Rite, Saucony, Merrell, Kurt Geiger, Andre Assous, Bruno Magli, Munro, and Jambu, ensuring every asset from e-commerce to social media is elevated and on-brand. Compensation: $100,000 - $135,000

Requirements

  • Experience: 6–10 years of creative production and art direction experience, specifically within footwear or fashion.
  • Aesthetic Intuition: A refined eye for styling and a passion for creating compelling assets that resonate with each unique brand’s audience.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage designers and production partners while remaining calm and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to travel 10+ times per year for domestic and international productions.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Direction & Design Mentorship
  • Lead the visual narrative for the portfolio, translating high-level moodboards into polished, multi-channel deliverables.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a comprehensive creative team—including in-house/offshore graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters, fostering a culture of design excellence.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain a keen eye for the unique visual identity of each brand in the portfolio, ensuring every asset feels distinct and on-brand for its specific audience.
  • Art Direction: Provide on-set direction, overseeing styling, propping, and layout continuity to ensure best-in-class quality across all lifestyle and PDP imagery.
  • Brand Campaigns Oversight: Provide direction and oversight to in-house photo/video teams responsible for national campaigns and paid social media content.
  • Post-Production: Deliver meticulous oversight for seasonal products, including selects guidance and retouching notes.
  • Full-Cycle Planning: Responsible for planning photoshoots from inception to completion, including hiring models and stylists, scouting locations, and managing all production dates and logistics.
  • High-Volume Execution: Plan and execute approximately 10+ campaign travel shoots per year, managing complex schedules, on-set flow, and talent sourcing.
  • Asset Delivery: Partner with the internal creative team to produce compelling video content that captures cultural trends and drives engagement.
  • Creative Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge between multiple distinct brands, balancing the strategic needs of marketing, wholesale, and e-commerce with a lean creative services workflow.
  • Resource Allocation: Strategically manage the allocation of creative resources, production invoices, and freelance contracts.
  • Process Efficiency: Utilize project management tools (Asana, Box) to drive efficiency and ensure on-time delivery of assets to partners.
