About The Position

UNFOLD (unfoldagency.com) is an award-winning digital creative agency located in Los Angeles. We service the world’s most dynamic entertainment and brand clients with services that span across the digital landscape. UNFOLD’s Social team is looking for an experienced Social Coordinator, who will assist on major social campaigns across the board. The Coordinator has a passion for pop culture, current events, and social media with a strong understanding of how to organize information to support our social staff that also propels the campaign forward.

Requirements

1-3 years social media experience; entertainment industry preferred
Expert knowledge of all current social media platforms; familiarity with up-and-coming platforms
Excellent writing and overall communication skills
Some experience with social content optimization is preferred
Must be proficient in GSuite.
Available to work nights and weekends where needed

Responsibilities

Calendar organization including asset updates, flagging missing elements
Join client calls, run call notes for team alignment/awareness
Create Asana tasks from client-approved concepts, which includes:
Assigning copywriter (ideator of concept) to post-copy within tasks
Ensuring all necessary assets, specs, and information are in the task
Flagging to CD for final approval (and resource recommendation) when ready to execute
QC final deliveries for project-specific callouts, which may include:
Writing/copy-editing captions
Double-checking branding, bugs and end cards
Execute miscellaneous tasks assigned by producers (e.g. sourcing timecodes, requesting clips, transcriptions, etc.)
Maintain Social Asset Tracker
Asana sweeps + update internal team
Trello sweeps + confirming receipt w/ client + updating internal team
