About The Position

The Social Content Specialist leads visual and digital marketing efforts across multiple lines of business, capturing compelling photos and video content that highlights daily operations, menu features, and special events. This role develops high‑quality digital and print marketing materials—including menus, promotional graphics, and branded assets—to strengthen online presence and customer engagement. The Social Content Specialist is highly organized, social media savvy, and passionate about food, hospitality, and storytelling.

Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a similar content, marketing, or social media role for a business or brand, with restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred
  • Strong photography and videography skills using a smartphone or camera
  • Proficiency with design and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing best practices
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and digital analytics
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms
  • Must be able to effectively collaborate with different levels of management and stakeholders
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed
  • Must have a flexible schedule to include working weekends, nights, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the relevant Regional Marketing Manager to support all content initiatives
  • Capture high quality photos and videos of food, drinks, daily operations, and special events
  • Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Design digital and print marketing materials and update website content as needed
  • Support and promote special events, holiday features, and seasonal menu launches
  • Capture live content during holidays and events for real‑time posting and future promotional use
  • Identify new trends, marketing opportunities, and creative content ideas
  • Collaborate with management teams to support brand strategy, promotions, and new initiatives
